 Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage all golf course and grounds maintenance, including irrigation.
• Plan and deliver course renovations, presentation and upkeep.
• Manage turf pests, diseases and preventative treatments.
• Oversee machinery servicing, repairs and breakdowns.
• Manage chemicals, sand, fuel and maintenance inventory.
• Prepare the course for daily and competition play.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety and staff training.
• Manage the maintenance team, including recruitment and performance.
• Develop and manage course maintenance budgets.
• Ensure environmental, chemical, water and WHS compliance.

What will you need?

• Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent experience
• Chemical spraying certificate (or willing to obtain at our expense)
• National Police Check (or willing to obtain at our expense)
• 2IC/Foreman candidates are encouraged to apply
• Driver’s Licence and transport
