Alternatively, we will also consider a full-time Junior Property Manager position for the right candidate.

About the Role

  • Supporting the Senior Property Manager across a well managed portfolio
  • Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Assisting with leasing activities and inspections
  • Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
  • Helping to prepare for SAT (if required)
  • General administration and property related tasks

About You

To be successful, you will need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
  • A current WA Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • A valid WA driver’s licence
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using property management software (experience with Reapit is a bonus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
