The right profile
We’re looking for Senior Product Managers to lead the platform capabilities that power Selfwealth by Syfe’s trading and wealth experiences. To scale up successfully, we need owner-mindset PMs who thrive on navigating complexity, spotting patterns, and simplifying systems to create meaningful customer outcomes.
You’ll be focused on foundational product components — from trade execution and onboarding infrastructure to cash movement, new asset classes and reporting — that support seamless investor and platform experiences. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving problems behind the scenes, moving with precision and pace, and delivering scalable capabilities that drive real impact for customers and teams alike.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the definition and evolution of shared platform capabilities — including trade execution, onboarding infrastructure, cash movement, and reporting foundations.
- Partner with consumer, and CX product managers to ensure platform capabilities anticipate and enable high-quality user journeys.
- Translate cross-domain requirements into scalable platform features that are performant, compliant, and adaptable to future needs.
- Shape sequencing and delivery priorities with engineering and compliance to balance strategic goals, risk, and delivery velocity.
- Identify platform-level performance bottlenecks and lead initiatives to improve transaction success, automation, and developer experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, ideally in fast-paced tech, SaaS, growth-stage, or fintech environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and a strong appreciation for backend-to-frontend product delivery.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable platform solutions that support cross-functional product outcomes.
- Calm, clear communicator who thrives in complexity and continuous delivery.
- While it’s not necessary to already have deep knowledge of finance, you should have a keen understanding and experience of investing, either personally or through prior professional experience — or the desire to quickly learn in this space.
