Disability Support Worker – Female Client

Summary: We’re hiring a compassionate and experienced Support Worker for a female client located in Lurnea. This is a casual role with ongoing shifts and potential for additional hours as new clients are onboarded.

Job Description: The successful applicant must have experience supporting clients with complex needs and personality disorders. You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, and assistance with daily living while maintaining a calm, professional, and supportive approach.

Qualifications:

• Previous disability support experience preferred
• Understanding of mental health, complex needs, and personality disorders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
• Experience with complex behaviours and personality disorders
