Job Title: EOI Registered Nurse

Location: Algester, Queensland 4115

Role Type: Full-time, Mid-Senior Level

Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000 AUD per annum

Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Algester. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the health of veterans in a telehealth setting and providing tailored care plans. You will collaborate with allied health disciplines to ensure holistic care for veterans of all ages.

Responsibilities:

– Evaluate the health of veterans through telehealth/F2F consultations

– Provide expert guidance on health conditions, medications, and self-care practices

– Develop comprehensive care plans for veterans and maintain ongoing relationships

– Collaborate with allied health disciplines to provide holistic care

– Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Skills:

– Current AHPRA Registration

– Australian Citizenship required

– 3+ years experience in a GP clinic or hospital setting

– Strong computer proficiency including Google Suite and/or Microsoft

– Excellent organisational and time management skills

– Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification

– Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Desirable:

-Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Registered Nurse
