Since 1997, SalesLink has provided professional sales and merchandising support across multiple retail sectors including grocery, pharmacy, hardware, department stores, and automotive. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable merchandisers to join our team.

About the Role

We’re currently seeking Casual Merchandiser & Layout Specialists to service Grocery and Independent stores across all areas of Victoria!

You will be responsible for:

• Implementing in-store promotions and setting up displays using provided materials

• Ensuring shelves and layouts follow planograms accurately

• Building strong relationships with store staff and management

• Educating retailers on product knowledge and brand awareness

• Reporting completed work through a mobile device

• Managing your schedule to complete tasks efficiently and on time

What You’ll Need

• Experience with shelf layouts, planogram compliance, and fixture assembly

• Previous work in independent grocery retail (preferred)

• Physical fitness to lift items up to 16kg multiple times per day

• A reliable, roadworthy vehicle and valid driver’s licence

• Smartphone (iOS or Android) for reporting and photo uploads

• Great time management and communication skills
