This is a rare opportunity for a proactive People & Culture professional to step into an award winning, multi-office group and pioneer our internal P&C function. Working in close partnership with our executive team, you will build on strong existing frameworks to refine, innovate, and drive an exceptional employee experience across our entire network.

The Opportunity

As a trusted sounding board, strategic partner, and advocate for talent & high standards, you’ll collaborate directly with our leadership team across Sales, Property Management, Finance, and Operations.

Your focus will be on guiding leaders through active team dynamics, strengthening retention pathways, and supporting our people as they transition and grow with us. You’ll have the autonomy, executive access, and strategic alignment needed to make a genuine, lasting impact on our culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Empower & Develop: Design and execute impactful internal learning pathways (cadetships, management onboarding, leadership training) alongside targeted external development.
  • Support & Advise Leadership: Partner directly with our leadership team to troubleshoot active team dynamics, implement proactive prevention protocols, and guide workforce planning.
  • Shape the Employee Experience: Build strong retention pathways and support our people through key career transitions from day one.
  • Manage Core Operations: Oversee foundational P&C frameworks, including onboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, WHS, and system alignment, ensuring seamless HR operations.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experienced P&C Generalist: Proven track record in a broad P&C/HR role with a background that demonstrates clear growth and capability.
  • Development-Focused Mindset: A strong affinity for Learning and Development, focused on growing potential, fostering engagement, and supporting long-term retention.
  • Sales & Property Savvy: Experience within real estate, property, or high-energy commercial environments is highly regarded.
  • High-Integrity Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills with an approachable, proactive style that builds immediate trust across all teams.
