Description

About the Role:

You’ll support participants with:

  • Daily living skills (meal prep, cleaning, personal care)
  • Community access (appointments, social activities)
  • Supporting participants with intellectual disabilities and complex behaviours
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with people with disabilities is required
  • Following care plans and maintaining clear progress notes
  • Working flexible shifts – including weekends, evenings, and overnights

What You’ll Need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • All required certifications must be obtained before starting work
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • NDIS Orientation Module
  • Australian Driver’s Licence + own insured vehicle
  • Strong communication skills and reliability
  • Availability for a variety of shifts
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred, not essential)

Valid work visa or Australian work rights are acceptable for this position
