If you love technology, innovation, and growth, and enjoy creating seamless customer experiences, this role is for you!

How you’ll make an impact

As our Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clinics running smoothly. Working closely with our Practice Manager, you’ll be the friendly voice and first point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring every client feels heard and supported. Your role will be dynamic, blending customer service with operational support, so no two days will be the same!

Here’s how you’ll contribute in your first year and beyond:

  • Customer Experience: Be the first point of contact, managing phone and email enquiries, booking appointments, and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
  • Clinician Support: Assist with diary management, scheduling, and clinic coordination to keep things running seamlessly.
  • Accounts Management: Support invoicing, reconciliation, and basic financial administration to keep us on track.
  • Efficiency & Organization: Implement and refine administrative systems to help the whole team work smarter, not harder.

Let’s talk about you

You might have experience in healthcare, customer service, administration, or accounts management, but what matters most is your ability to stay organized, solve problems, and create a positive experience for both clients and team members.

  • You’re an excellent communicator—on the phone, over email, and in person.
  • You thrive on organization and efficiency—you love ticking off tasks and finding ways to improve processes.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to diary management and financial reconciliation.
  • You’re adaptable and love working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you can take initiative.
  • You believe in unreasonable hospitality—going the extra mile to make someone’s day.
  • You are driven to learn. As a growing company we are looking to support team members to expand their professional knowledge
