What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with customers to understand their goals and find lending solutions that fit.
- Managing the end-to-end lending process from enquiry through to settlement.
- Supporting customers through residential, construction and commercial lending opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with referral partners, lenders and industry stakeholders.
- Growing your own network and identifying new business opportunities.
- Providing strategic lending advice to help customers become finance ready.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience that leads to repeat business and referrals.
- Promoting the Truevest brand through networking, community engagement and industry relationships.
About You

You’re someone who enjoys helping customers navigate important financial decisions and takes pride in delivering outcomes that genuinely change lives.
You’ll bring:
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
- Minimum 2 years lending, banking or mortgage broking experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential lending and mortgage products.
- Experience with construction lending highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to business development.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for customer service.
