This role is full-time and located on-site at our Robina Head office in QLD.

Due to extensive growth plans, our team is looking for an energetic and motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to focus on one of or iconic brands. You will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient running of end-to-end supply chain functions for all operations Australia wide. In this diverse role, you will drive improvement in inventory and supply chain measures and costs, communicate with colleagues across several sites, and manage supplier relationships.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
- Manage supplier and vendor relationships, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Monitor and forecast inventory levels, follow up of supplier and distributor stock levels
- Support new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities to ensure products reach stores on time
- Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, operations, marketing, finance) and external partners (suppliers, logistics providers, 3PLs)
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate resolutions to customer/franchisee product fault notifications
- Analyse supply chain data, track KPIs, and prepare reports to support decision-making
- Assist with system upgrades and integration of new supply chain technologies
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimisation, sustainability initiatives, and risk management strategies
- Assist with sourcing of new suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery terms with existing suppliers
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep things moving smoothly. You’ll be skilled in managing suppliers, supporting growth and coaching others, with strong commercial acumen and project management capability. A natural collaborator, you’ll bring adaptability, attention to detail, and the confidence to make timely decisions that deliver real results.
You’ll also bring:
- 2+ years’ supply chain experience, ideally in QSR, retail, or fast-paced hospitality.
- Previous experience in a high intensity logistics or supply chain role
- Proven track record in supplier management, cost savings, and operational efficiency
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse and dispatch activities
- Experience in franchising and/or FMCG will be highly regarded
- Strong project and contract management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Commercial and financial acumen with solid knowledge of sales and operational planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and confidence in making timely decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
