About the Warehouse Team

Our Warehouse Team keeps things moving. We receive, store and dispatch goods, and load containers headed for customers across Australia and overseas. We take pride in getting it right: accurate, safe and on time.

We’re looking for casual warehouse and container loading operators to support us through our busy peak period.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role focused on moving stock and loading containers safely and efficiently. Warehouse or manufacturing experience is ideal, but we’re also open to capable learners who are reliable and keen to get stuck in.

The role is based at our Minto site, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.  Day shift: 7am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Key tasks & responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers, including stacking, tie-down, wrapping and strapping
• Moving stock from the production area into the warehouse
• Picking, packing and dispatching orders
• Following standard operating procedures and safe work practices
• Reporting any dispatch issues or problems to your supervisor promptly
• General warehouse tasks, and helping in the production area when needed

What we’re looking for

Must have:

• Able to perform regular manual handling, including lifting items of 20kg+, and to be on your feet throughout the shift
• A safety-first approach and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliability and good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

• Forklift licence (LF)
• Experience in a warehouse, factory or manufacturing environment
