The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our mobile plant maintenance team at our Epping site.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll combine people leadership with hands-on technical support, ensuring preventative maintenance is delivered effectively and plant reliability and uptime are maximised.
This is a full-time, site-based role and includes a fully maintained company vehicle.

About You
You’ll be a practical and experienced maintenance professional who enjoys leading a team while still being hands-on.
- Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Fitter or equivalent qualification
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong mobile plant maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Role Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach and develop the maintenance team
- Support the maintenance of mobile and fixed plant
- Carry out repairs, servicing and troubleshooting
- Plan and deliver preventative maintenance schedules
- Manage work orders, priorities and maintenance reporting
- Coordinate contractors and spare parts requirements
- Drive equipment reliability through root cause analysis
- Promote a strong safety-first culture and lead toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality standards
