Renewed Electrical is looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand Electrician with heavy industrial experience to take on a leadership role in our growing team.

Position Details

• Rate: $76ph

• Location: Various industrial sites across WA North

• Scope: Supervision and hands-on work in heavy industrial environments (mining, processing plants, etc.)

• Roster: 3:1 FIFO

• Start Date: Within 3 months

• Duration: Ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of electricians and oversee all aspects of industrial electrical work

• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities on-site

• Liaise with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects

• Mentor and support team members to ensure high performance

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Certificate III in Electrical

• WA Electrical License

• 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial environments

• Previous leadership/Leading Hand experience

• Experience in managing a team of electricians in a heavy industrial or mining setting

• Strong knowledge of Australian Electrical Standards and OH&S requirements

• White Card

• Police Clearance

• PEM & DAS clearance

• HRWL Class WP or LF

• High-risk and confined space certifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
