REGUPOL Australia is seeking a driven and highly capable Commercial/Rubber Division Manager to lead growth within one of our key product divisions.
About the Role
In this leadership role, you will oversee the Commercial/Rubber Division’s sales and market
development activities. You will lead a sales team, shape sales strategies, and
work directly with architects, builders, contractors, and distribution partners to expand REGUPOL’s presence in the commercial and rubber flooring sectors.
This role requires a proactive, confident professional with excellent organisational skills and
strong knowledge of commercial/rubber flooring or related product markets. You
will manage sales planning, customer relationships, presentations, pricing strategy,
and project pipelines while ensuring the division operates efficiently and
profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve strategic and financial targets.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations on REGUPOL’s commercial and rubber product range.
- Identify growth opportunities across new and existing markets and customers.
- Establish and execute sales plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies.
- Manage key commercial projects including meetings, presentations, follow‑ups, and tracking.
- Provide fast, accurate responses to customer enquiries, technical questions, service requests, and quotations.
- Maintain CRM records (HarmoniQ), ensuring all tasks, meetings, and documents are accurately logged.
- Represent REGUPOL at trade shows, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Support team operations and contribute across departments as needed.
