REGUPOL Australia is seeking a highly motivated Acoustics Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

About the Role

As the Acoustics Sales Manager, you will lead and mentor a high-performing sales team while also managing your own portfolio of clients and projects. You will work across multiple industry sectors, representing our premium acoustic and flooring solutions to architects, builders, contractors, and end users.

 

This role requires a strategic, self‑driven professional who thrives both autonomously and in a leadership capacity. You’ll be responsible for developing sales plans, presenting product solutions, managing key projects, and contributing to the ongoing growth of our acoustic product division.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve division targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
  • Develop and deliver presentations on REGUPOL’s acoustic and flooring product ranges.
  • Research and identify new markets, industries, and customer opportunities.
  • Create and implement sales plans and pricing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Respond promptly to enquiries, technical questions, quotes, and customer support needs.
  • Manage project pipelines including appointments, presentations, tracking, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HarmoniQ) and ensure clear documentation and follow‑up.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, seminars, and trade shows.
  • Assist with team coverage and additional duties as required.
