About the role: 

We’re looking for experienced Foremen to join our team and lead a range of high-end residential projects. We have positions available across the Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Eastern Suburbs. As a Foreman, you will:

  • Collaborate with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and Red Oak Director to manage key projects.
  • Read and interpret architectural plans and drawings to ensure accuracy.
  • Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Requirements: 

We’re looking for individuals who have the following attributes: 

  • 3+ years experience as a Foreman, ideally in high-end residential work. 
  • Experience leading other carpenters to deliver on projects. 
  • Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
  • Experience with project management software (Procore preferred). 

Must have own tools and car, capable of carrying materials if required.
