You’ll keep our office running smoothly day-to-day, support our sales and finance teams, and be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. Real World Group spans IT services, venue technology, and live event production, so no two days look exactly the same.

  • Enter invoices, draft sales invoices for approval, and maintain accurate records
  • Create purchase orders and match against incoming invoices
  • Reconcile petty cash and corporate card receipts
  • Follow up on outstanding quotes, purchase orders, and invoices under direction
  • Prepare quotes and proposals from templates and keep the CRM up to date
  • Pack and dispatch shipments and coordinate courier bookings
  • Order office and kitchen supplies and manage stock levels
  • Update websites and assist with social media and promotional tasks
  • Draft routine correspondence and book travel, accommodation, and meetings
  • Maintain shared files, registers, and contact databases
  • Arrange catering, keep common areas tidy, and support internal events

  • Organised and reliable — you follow through on what you say you’ll do
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with computers and confident learning new tools and systems
  • Happy to switch between tasks and help wherever needed
  • Microsoft 365 experience is a bonus but not required
  • No prior experience necessary — a positive attitude is what matters most
