Building Certifier Level 1

We’re currently seeking a Level 1 Building Certifier to join our team in South East Queensland. This role is ideal for candidates located within any SEQ local government area, based from either our Hendra or Caboolture offices.

About the Role

• Undertake assessments and inspections for Class 2-9 projects.
• Liaise with builders, designers, and clients
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in service delivery
• Support the broader team with compliance and documentation as required

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Hold a current Queensland Building Certifier licence.

You’ll also need:

• Demonstrated knowledge or experience in Commercial building approvals
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
• The ability to work independently with support from a central team
