- Hold a current Queensland Building Certifier licence.

With offices in Brisbane, Kingscliff, Sydney, and Melbourne, we serve a diverse client base and employ a team of highly qualified certifiers committed to excellence.
We’re currently seeking a Building Certifier or Cadet Building Certifier to join our team in South East Queensland. This role is ideal for candidates located within any SEQ local government area. This role can either be based in the office or conducting site inspections.

About the Role
- Undertake site inspections for residential building approvals
- Liaise with builders, designers, and clients
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism in service delivery
- Support the broader team with compliance and documentation as required
What We’re Looking For
You must either:
- Hold a current Queensland Building Certifier licence, or
- Be currently studying a course accredited by the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS) or Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
You’ll also need:
- Demonstrated knowledge or experience in residential building approvals
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
- The ability to work independently with support from a central team
