About The Role:

Based in our Mount Hawthorn office, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd level support for our software solutions, including Epicor ERP and our in-house developed companion products. Your key responsibilities will include logging support requests, analysing issues, resolving customer queries, and contributing to product enhancements. This requires delivery of excellent customer service and high levels of product and technical support to our customers, partners and internal resources.

About You: 

Essential Experience

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Comfortable working with customers and technical teams

 Highly regarded

• ERP support experience
• ITIL certification
• Intermediate SQL skills
• Experience using SQL Profiler
• Experience proactively identifying and reporting system issues
