At Praemium, we use the Expression of Interest as a way of connecting with people that have an interest in working with us. Candidates simply submit their details to be matched to future role at Praemium. 

What’s an Expression of Interest?

If we have no specific jobs advertising in the location and area you are interested in working in, you can submit an Expression of Interest, which contains information about you, your job preferences, and your availability. You’ll then be added to our candidate pool, where you’ll be considered for opportunities and contacted if a job you’re matched to becomes available. No more scrolling our Careers website regularly to check for new jobs – we’ll let you know if you match a job near you!

If you are matched to a job you’ll be invited to check out the details and confirm you interest and availability for the job – you’ll always have the choice to decline.

Improving your “matchability”

Our system matches candidates based on suitability for a specific job. To maximise your chances of being matched, we suggest when completing the Expression of Interest you consider each question carefully and include the broadest preferences based on what is relevant for you.

Finally, while we do use the Expression of Interest option, we still advertise roles our current opportunities and rely on this as a central recruitment source. So, it’s worth taking a look at our Careers website from time-to-time.
