What You’ll Need:

Qualified Motorcycle or Light Vehicle Mechanic
A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Experience in job scheduling for internal, retail and warranty work
Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
Willingness to mentor and train apprentices and trade assistants
Confident in quoting, customer communication, and job follow-up
Ability to complete repair orders and invoicing
Competence in reporting workshop productivity and profitability
A valid R Class motorcycle licence
Work rights in Australia
