What You’ll Need:

  • Qualified Motorcycle or Light Vehicle Mechanic
  • A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in job scheduling for internal, retail and warranty work
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
  • Willingness to mentor and train apprentices and trade assistants
  • Confident in quoting, customer communication, and job follow-up
  • Ability to complete repair orders and invoicing
  • Competence in reporting workshop productivity and profitability
  • A valid R Class motorcycle licence
  • Work rights in Australia
