Postino Osteria is a vibrant neighbourhood Italian osteria in the heart of Summer Hill, known for its warm hospitality, great food, and lively bar scene. We’re on the hunt for a casual cocktail bartender to join our team.

With a strong focus on classic cocktails and Italian-inspired drinks, this is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving classic and signature cocktails
• Delivering friendly, efficient service at the bar and on the floor
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
• Working closely with the FOH team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a cocktail bar or similar venue
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy service
• Excellent presentation and attention to detail

Essential requirements:

• Full Australian working rights
• Current NSW RSA Certificate
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
