Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing mental health services to individuals, families, and groups in a variety of settings. The Mental Health Clinician will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to patients
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders and treatment options

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Current state licensure as a mental health clinician
• Experience providing mental health services to individuals, families, and groups
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
