About the role
We’re growing quickly and are looking for Financial Advisers who are passionate about delivering client-focused advice at a high standard.
Our streamlined advice model allows you to focus on what matters most — building strong client relationships and providing quality advice — while our professional support teams assist with administration, compliance and implementation.

Key responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing phone-based financial advice to clients in a professional and engaging way
- Completing client reviews across areas such as superannuation, insurance and retirement planning
- Reviewing client circumstances and providing appropriate ongoing advice
- Ensuring advice documents are accurate, compliant and relevant to each client’s needs
- Managing client portfolios and building trusted long-term relationships
- Supporting and mentoring Associate Advisers through professional guidance
The successful applicant:
- Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed/registered on Financial Adviser Register
- Meets current professional standards for financial advisers, including education, exam and CPD requirements, as applicable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial Planning
- Strong knowledge of superannuation, insurance and retirement planning
- Highly professional, excellent oral and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, supported by a solid technical background
- A client-first approach, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- A commitment to quality advice, compliance and strong client outcomes
