Your Role

As a Broker Support Officer, you’ll play an important role in keeping our lending operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive a great experience from application through to settlement and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing end-to-end administrative support for loan applications, including preparing documentation, following up with lenders and assisting with post-settlement activities.
• Liaising with clients, Mortgage Brokers, lenders and internal teams to keep applications progressing smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate client records, ensuring compliance requirements are met and keeping systems up to date.
• Supporting our Mortgage Brokers with day-to-day administrative tasks so they can focus on delivering great outcomes for clients.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys being part of a team.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous experience in lending administration, financial services or client services (highly regarded).
• Experience using AFG systems and tools (highly desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems, including CRMs, document portals and lender platforms.
