Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a General Retail worker. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with sales and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Assist with sales and inventory management
• Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Assist with merchandising and stocking of products
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Verify Customer’s ID’s using out Standard Procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills
