Key Responsibilities 

  • Blended Inbound & Outbound Calls: Engage with our diverse customer base, utilising both inbound and outbound approaches to discover new opportunities.  
  • Identifying Tailored Solutions: Be the problem-solver our customers need! Identify ways to assist them and provide personalised solutions for their current and future needs.  
  • End-to-End Relationship Management: Own the entire relationship with assigned clients – from onboarding to implementation, training, adoption, and ensuring overall satisfaction.  
  • Payment Process and Rewards Guidance: Guide customers through the seamless process of making their first payment and assist in exploring all the fantastic features of the pay.com.au platform.  
  • Trusted Advisor: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, ensuring the continued value of our products and services for our clients.  
  • Collaborative Results-Driven Approach: Thrive in a collaborative environment, working towards both business and personal targets through teamwork and creative problem-solving. 

 

About You 

  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or account management role 
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a phone-based or customer-facing environment 
  • Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly 
  • A coachable mindset with a hunger to learn and grow 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a high-volume environment 
  • Comfortable using CRM tools to track activity and manage a pipeline 
  • A genuine interest in helping Australian businesses get rewarded for their everyday spending
