About the role We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Representatives to join the Pasticceria Papa team in Five Dock, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of our business, driving sales and building lasting relationships with our customers. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious sales targets. You will be the face of Pasticceria Papa, showcasing our premium products and exceptional service to both new and existing clients.


Key responsibilities

  1. Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  3. Present and demonstrate our products to potential customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge
  4. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions to close sales whilst maintaining profitability
  5. Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and sales documentation
  6. Track and report on sales activity, pipeline progress and forecast revenue against targets
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer service delivery
  8. Attend industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to generate leads
  9. Respond promptly to customer enquiries and concerns, providing professional and courteous support


What we’re looking for

  1. Proven sales experience, ideally within a B2B or hospitality/retail environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  4. Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a positive attitude
  5. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  7. A valid driver’s licence to travel within your territory
  8. Knowledge of the food and beverage industry or premium product sales is advantageous
  9. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  10. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
