You’ll work alongside leaders, employees, and community partners to embed inclusive practices, strengthen cultural responsiveness, and help create a workplace where everyone feels safe, respected, valued, and empowered to thrive.
This role is central to delivering our commitment to becoming an anti-racist organisation and ensuring our people, services, and culture reflect the diverse communities we work with.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver impactful diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, and cultural safety initiatives across the organisation.
- Drive Parkerville’s anti-racism journey by embedding culturally responsive and inclusive practices into everything we do.
- Partner with leaders to build inclusive teams and foster psychologically safe, equitable workplaces.
- Design and facilitate engaging learning programs that build cultural capability, inclusive leadership, and confidence in working with diverse communities.
- Review policies, systems, and practices to identify and remove barriers to inclusion and improve equity across the employee lifecycle.
- Build meaningful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisations, multicultural communities, disability and LGBTQIA+ stakeholders, and other key partners.
- Lead and support diversity committees, employee networks, and working groups to turn ideas into measurable action.
- Use data, feedback, and lived experience to influence strategy, improve outcomes, and create lasting organisational change.
This position is offered on a fixed-term until Dec 2027, part-time basis at our Burswood office, with travel between sites on occasion.
