Ozi4x4 is Australia’s most competitive 4×4 accessories company, making 4WD’ing more affordable for everyone. We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team to support our expanding business.

Combine your stellar customer service skills with your passion for taking things off-road with this highly sought after role available at our Smithfield store. As part of our Sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with customers and guiding them to the perfect 4×4 setup for their needs.

What your days will look like: –

  • Championing customer experience over the phone, online and face-to-face
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships with new and existing Ozi4x4 customers
  • Creating and processing customer sales invoices.
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to help you be your best!
  • Following up on outstanding orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaising with the Warehouse team to co-ordinate daily deliveries and stock control (including purchasing and receiving)

Our ideal candidate is someone who has excellent communication skills, is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and is willing to learn all the tools of the trade.

About you:

  • Previous customer service experience (in the automotive or 4×4 industry is preferred)
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Confident engaging with new and existing customers
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer-focused service and follow through.
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and software
  • Driven to exceed targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and organised
  • Experience with Shopify is an advantage.
