The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced and inspiring retail leaders to join Oroton across three key Melbourne locations.

These opportunities are suited to commercially minded leaders who are passionate about people, customer experience and delivering an elevated retail environment.

We currently have opportunities available for:

David Jones Bourke Street | Concession Manager 

Lead our David Jones Bourke Street concession, taking ownership of the business, team performance and day-to-day operations within a premium department store environment.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday -Saturday roster

South Wharf | Outlet Store Manager 

Lead our South Wharf Outlet, driving commercial performance, operational excellence and an engaging customer experience while maximising opportunities within a high-volume outlet environment.

Permanent full-time | Tuesday -Saturday roster

Armadale | Assistant Store Manager 

Support the leadership of our Armadale boutique, partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team and deliver an exceptional Oroton client experience.

Permanent full-time | Sunday – Thursday roster

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to become true Oroton brand ambassadors
  • Drive performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Support or oversee daily store operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management and compliance
  • Execute elevated, on-brand visual merchandising and promotional initiatives
  • Partner with regional and national leaders to implement store strategies and drive performance

  • Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium, high-volume or fast-paced environment
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine focus on business performance
  • Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience
  • A natural eye for styling, fit, and luxury product
  • Confidence in recruitment, coaching, and performance management
  • A positive, energetic leadership style that inspires and motivates your team
