The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced retail leaders to join our brand-new Galleria Perth team across two exciting management opportunities.

We have opportunities available for both a Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, offering the chance to be part of the store from day one — helping build the team, establish the culture and create an exceptional Oroton experience from the moment we open our doors.

This is an opportunity for leaders who are commercially driven, people-focused and excited by the energy of launching something new.

Store Manager | Permanent full-time | Tuesday–Saturday roster

Assistant Store Manager | Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster

What You’ll Do:

Store Manager:

• Lead the launch of our brand-new store, building and inspiring a high-performing team from day one
• Take ownership of store performance, achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Create a strong sales culture through coaching, communication and performance management
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including recruitment, rostering, stock management and compliance
• Set and maintain elevated standards of visual merchandising, store presentation and brand execution
• Build strong client relationships and champion clienteling across the team
• Analyse sales and performance results to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement
• Create a positive, inclusive and engaging team environment that reflects the Oroton brand

Assistant Store Manager:

• Support the Store Manager in launching and establishing the brand-new store
• Help build, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Drive sales performance and deliver against store targets and KPIs
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering elevated customer experiences and strong styling service
• Support rostering, recruitment, training, stock management and day-to-day store operations
• Assist with visual merchandising and establishing Oroton’s elevated presentation standards
• Build meaningful client relationships and encourage strong clienteling practices
• Step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities when required

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a retail leadership role within fashion, premium or high-volume retail
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Experience coaching, developing and motivating retail teams
• Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences
• A natural eye for styling, presentation and fashion
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence interpreting sales performance
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A positive, energetic leadership style and a genuine passion for people
