About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and organised Service Delivery Coordinator to join our growing team! Reporting to the QLD State Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of services across your assigned location(s).
You’ll be supporting both our frontline workers and participants—mentoring Support Workers, coordinating services, ensuring NDIS compliance, and responding to the dynamic needs of the people we serve.
This is a diverse and rewarding role that blends operational excellence, participant engagement, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support to our team of Support Workers across the region
- Coordinate the onboarding and ongoing support of NDIS participants
- Conduct check-ins and service reviews to ensure individualised care plans align with participant goals
- Mentor and guide staff to continuously improve quality of care
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Assist with rostering, scheduling, and timesheet approvals using our internal CRM
- Respond to incidents and support the on-call process
- Promote safety and compliance across all services
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and business development efforts

Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card
- Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Current Queensland driver’s licence + reliable transport
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Desirable:
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (or related field)
- First Aid & CPR qualifications
- Familiarity with PRODA and NDIS CRM systems
- Mental Health First Aid or similar qualifications
- Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
