Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manger and working alongside the Credit team, you will work to solve complex scenarios quickly and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

This role is about impact, building trust, driving growth and ensuring ORDE is the lender which brokers choose again and again.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with key brokers across Victoria, becoming their go-to partner for deal structuring, support and solutions.
- Proactively identify and convert lending opportunities within broker networks through structured engagement, disciplined follow-up and clear value articulation.
- Execute a clear engagement rhythm that prioritises responsiveness, reliability and ease of doing business.
- Use your credit acumen to quickly assess scenarios, shape deals early and position opportunities that are aligned to ORDE’s appetite.
- Collaborate with the Credit team to deliver fast, consistent decisions and strong broker outcomes.
- Capture broker feedback and identify trends to inform improvements across product, policy, process and service delivery.
Why would we choose you?
- You can quickly assess scenarios, identify risk and opportunity and position workable solutions.
- You have demonstrated the ability to navigate non-standard scenarios and develop practical, commercially sound outcomes.
- You create strong, lasting relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders through consistency, reliability and follow-through.
- You see Credit as an extension of your function and work closely together to deliver fast, aligned, high-quality outcomes.
- You manage your time and priorities effectively whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
- You pick up patterns, broker feedback, and competitor insights, and turn them into meaningful actions and opportunities.
