Bartender

Summary:

The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent customer service by mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar. He/she must ensure that guests are served promptly and all drinks are prepared to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests to the bar and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
• Ensure that the bar area is clean and organized at all times.
• Stock the bar with supplies, including beverages, garnishes, ice, and glassware.
• Receive and manage cash transactions according to established policies
• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent quality of drinks.
• Check guests for overall satisfaction and handle any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other alcoholic beverages.
• Must have or obtain any required state or local certifications.
• Ability to stand or move for an extended period.
• Must be able to work during weekends, holidays, or when needed.
