3PL Operator – Sydney

Responsibilities:

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts to move, stack, and store stock safely
• Pick and pack orders accurately against pick slips, dispatch schedules, and client requirements
• Prioritise orders based on carrier cut-offs and SLAs to ensure on-time dispatch
• Use RF scanners and WMS software to maintain inventory accuracy and process orders
• Supervise and coordinate team tasks, monitor KPIs, and support a safety-first culture
• Conduct stocktakes and report safety or workflow issues

Qualifications:

• Current High Reach forklift licence (LF) – essential
• Current Counterbalance forklift licence (LF) – highly desirable
• Valid identification for right-to-work checks (Australian birth/citizenship certificate, passport, or visa with VEVO) and a current driver’s licence are required for police check and ABF requirements – essential
• Demonstrated experience in a 3PL, warehousing, or distribution environment
• Strong ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
• Confident using RF scanners, WMS/ERP systems, and general computer literacy
• Supervisory or lead-hand experience highly regarded
• Reliable team player with strong communication and attention to detail
• Well organised and adaptable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Physically and medically fit to meet safety requirements for manual handling and operating forklifts
