Nova Dental Implant Centre / The Smile Factory Newcastle is seeking an ambitious and clinically driven Dentist who is passionate about restorative dentistry and interested in developing their skills in full-arch rehabilitation.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Dentist with a minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience to join a rapidly growing dental group and gain exposure to complex, life-changing cases while receiving hands-on mentorship and structured clinical development from experienced Full Arch Restorative and Surgical Dentists.

The Role

As a Full Arch Restorative Dentist / General Dentist, you will have the opportunity to build on your existing clinical experience while developing your knowledge and capability in many complex restorative and full-arch cases.

You will work alongside experienced clinicians and be supported through a hands-on mentorship and clinical development program designed to build confidence and capability in advanced treatment planning and restorative dentistry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dentist who wants more than a traditional general dentistry role and is motivated to continue developing their clinical skills.

Your role will include:

  • Providing high-quality general and restorative dental treatment
  • Developing skills and experience in full-arch restorative dentistry
  • Participating in comprehensive treatment planning and complex full mouth rehab cases
  • Working collaboratively with experienced Full Arch Restorative and Surgical Dentists
  • Receiving hands-on mentorship and clinical guidance
  • Participating in Nova’s ongoing clinical development program
  • Delivering an exceptional, patient-centred experience throughout the treatment journey

About You

You are a qualified and registered Dentist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to ongoing clinical development.

You may already have experience in restorative dentistry, implants or complex cases, or you may be an ambitious General Dentist looking for the right opportunity to take the next step in your career.

You will ideally have:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Dentist
  • 5 years experience practicing as a Dentist
  • A strong interest in restorative and full-arch dentistry
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • A commitment to high clinical standards and patient-centred care
  • A genuine desire to learn and develop your clinical skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinical team
