AFLDM Evaluation Officer – Remote

Summary:

The AFLDM Evaluation Officer will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of programs within the science and research sector. Based in Darwin, Northern Territory, this part-time contract position is designed for a mid-senior level professional who is passionate about data analysis and programme evaluation. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of AFLDM programmes to assess their impact and effectiveness.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights and recommendations for programme improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarising evaluation findings and recommendations.
• Support the development of evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
• Stay updated on best practices in programme evaluation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Social Science, or Evaluation.
• Proven experience in programme evaluation or a related field, ideally within the science and research sector.
