Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and producing high-quality marketing collateral for Noakes Nickolas
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
• Manage and schedule content across all Noakes Nickolas social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with videographers to develop engaging, on-brand social media content
• Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility
• Work closely with the marketing, sales, and property management teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging
