  • About the role:
  • We are currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers for an after school and holiday program in the Southern Suburbs.
  • This unique role will be casual with rotating shifts from 2pm to 6pm Monday to Friday during school term and then as required during the school holiday program, which you will be providing input into the development of.
  • • Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire and delight while ensuring channels of communication are open, positive, and productive.
  • • Be a part of creating a positive and effective culture within the program that delivers consistent operational results and client outcomes.
  • Position Criteria:
  • • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • • Team Player, who is also capable to work autonomously as well as with supervision
  • • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • • Valid Victorian Working with Children Check
  • • Current First aid and CPR certificate
  • • Current Victorian Driver’s License
  • • Satisfactory National Police Certificate obtained within the last 6 months.
