Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Digital Content Coordinator / Videographer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, shooting, editing, and production of high-quality video content for agency clients. You will also play a key role in developing and coordinating our overall digital content strategy, ensuring consistency with our brand and messaging. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of digital media trends and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Video & Photo Production:

  • Conceptualise, plan, and produce engaging video content (e.g., promotional videos, product demos, testimonials, social media clips, event coverage)
  • Shoot and edit video footage, including selecting music, adding graphics, and optimising for various platforms
  • Plan,shoot, curate, and edit high-quality photo content for various mediums including; website, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Maintain and manage videography and photography equipment
  • Stay up to date on the latest video production techniques and trends

Content Coordination:

  • Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive digital content strategy for Neoteq and agency clients
  • Create and curate engaging written, visual, and multimedia content including photography for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels
  • Collaborate with internal and client marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals
  • Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts for Neoteq
  • Track and analyse content performance, providing reports and insights

Other:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in digital content creation and video production
  • Collaborate with other departments to support their content needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or relevant industry experience
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in video production, including shooting, editing, and post-production
  • Proficiency with location audio, including capturing pieces to camera and interviews using appropriate audio technologyStrong proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Proficiency and experience in photography, including planning, shooting, curating and editing
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom and some experience using Adobe Photoshop to make additional edits from time to time
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills and a creative eye
  • Knowledge of digital content strategy and best practices
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work with clients, talent, and other stakeholders to plan and execute shoots
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation, including Adobe After Effects
