The Role:

We are looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our ever growing, fast paced, purpose driven team. If you are passionate about helping people and you are a natural at relationship building this role is for you. You will take responsibility for creating long-term, trusted relationships with our clients, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new referral and business opportunities. The role will involve a closely collaborative approach with the client, as well as the core clinical team responsible for delivering the Navigator services. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative & progressive team that inspire and support each other every day.

Duties:

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional client experiences, support alignment, accountability and delivery excellence
  • Develop and deliver training on our programs to clients and claims teams
  • Monitor and analyse account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth objectives
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury Claims, Rehab or Account Management with a proven track record of strategic claims management, driving growth and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
