The Opportunity: 

We are seeking a junior or experienced Strata Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career and be a key player in our success story. In this role, you will manage a well-established portfolio of long-term residential and community schemes in our Port Macquarie / Mid North Coast region.

This is a permanent, full-time position in our brand new office with water views.

Your Day-to Day:

  • Manage a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of common areas, collaborating with contractors for quality outcomes.
  • Lead AGMs and owners’ meetings, preparing agendas, reports, and minutes with clear communication.
  • Provide expert advice to owners, committees, and residents on all strata-related matters.
  • Maintain financial records, budgets, and strata levies to ensure transparency and integrity.
  • Develop and implement management plans and long-term maintenance strategies.

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Holder of a current Class 1 or Class 2 License, or a COR
  • 1-4 years of proven experience as a Strata Manager.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills – able to build trust quickly.
  • A current driver’s license and vehicle to manage properties.
