Description

As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our team, ensuring our office runs efficiently and providing high-quality administrative support across the business. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answering and managing enquiries professionally 
  • Managing client communications and correspondence 
  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases 
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings 
  • Assisting with preparation of documents, reports, and letters 
  • Supporting accounts payable/receivable, and general finance tasks (as required) 
  • Assisting team members across accounting, financial planning, and administration functions 
  • Reception Coverage

  • Communicates clearly and professionally (written and verbal) 
  • Is confident using Office 365 and able to learn new systems

  • Values confidentiality and professionalism
