About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant at Motion Property, you’ll be the front line of our rental division: on the road, in properties, and helping renters find their next home. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting open for inspections and private viewings
- Managing tenant enquiries and following up leads promptly
- Processing rental applications and preparing lease documentation
- Liaising with prospective renters and landlords to ensure a smooth leasing experience
- Completing entry condition reports and ensuring properties are ready for lease
- Assisting with rental listings, marketing, and updates on property portals
- Supporting the property management team and learning industry fundamental
