The Opportunity
Are you ready to embark on an exciting opportunity as a Wealth+ Reconciliations Officer within our Client Support Services team? We’re on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to identify and resolve reconciliation issues, working alongside our operational teams to ensure client portfolios accurately record security and cash balances.

What you will be doing
- Reconcile listed Australian shares and Cash Management Accounts
- Liaise with the branch network and internal teams on transaction processing and discrepancy resolution
- Update client portfolio transaction data to ensure completeness and resolve adviser network queries
- Provide advisers and support staff with professional, timely service for queries and requests
- Identify reconciliation issues and work with operational teams to resolve them, ensuring client portfolios accurately record security and cash balances
