The Opportunity

Join the Morgans team as an Office and Client Services Coordinator! In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also providing vital administrative support to our Advisers and broader team. You’ll also play a key role in keeping our Private Wealth team running smoothly, supporting trade administration activity and client requests in a dynamic, fast-paced financial services environment. What you will be doing

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, potential clients and visitors, welcoming them to the office and ensuring the reception area is professionally maintained
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, responding to queries where possible
  • Provide prompt, accurate and exceptional customer service across all client interactions, both in person and over the phone
  • Assist with meeting bookings and coordinate functions when needed
  • Support Advisers with day-to-day administration, including outgoing correspondence, IPO and placement coordination and our managed portfolio service
  • Use Salesforce to log client requests, conversations and completed work so Advisers can monitor activity
  • Assist with general duties to ensure client trades are executed and settles efficiently, accurately and on time
  • Daily use of various market and internal systems

  • Excellent computer skills, with the capability to learn internal systems
  • Ability to remain calm and professional whilst working within a busy environment
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in a support role within a client focused, corporate work environment (advantageous)
  • Financial markets background (advantageous)
