Capital Markets & Corporate Advisory Internship
This is an exciting 12-month intern opportunity for a talented university student who is interested in spending two+ consecutive days per week learning about, and getting involved, in capital market transactions (equity capital markets) including Initial Public Offers, Secondary transactions – Placements, Hybrids, Convertible preference shares, Entitlement Offers and general advisory work. You will enjoy support from an experienced team and play an important role in their collective success.
What you will be doing
- Gathering and summarising financial and non-financial information
- Supporting in the development and drafting of pitch documents
- Assistance with transaction preparation and execution
- Data analysis
- Assistance with network and client enquiries/reporting
- Other ad hoc tasks
